Comment: A member of this family. Q. Marcius Philippus, who was Consul in 281 BC, established a pact or alliance with King Philippus V, which is why the bust of said King appears on the obverse. The equestrian statue on the back is from another family member and there are diverse opinions on the matter. It is probably Q. Marcius Philippus who defeated Perseus
