Comment: This denarius is one of the rarest from the republican period and, of course, from Julius Caesar. There are many theories about it, there are those who believe that it was minted in Hispania, more specifically in Corduba (Grueber), Babelon sees, due to the chariot's resemblance, a reminder of Julius Caesar's victory against the Bretons.
