Comment: The Goddess who appears on the reverse, Amphitrite, is the wife of Neptune. We do not know what position Q. Creperius held but everything seems to indicate that it was quite related to the naval theme, since everything that appears in this denarius is related to the sea, both in the symbols that appear behind the goddess, all marine animals except one which is a Heron, and in the motifs that could be A with Dolphin, B with Turtle, C with Crab, D with Fish, EF I with Octopus, G with Sole, H with Sponge and K with Heron.
