Comment: In 95 BC, as tribune of the plebs, he accused Quintus Servilius Caepio of treason for losing his entire army to the Cimbri (105 BC). The following year. Norbanus himself was accused of treason but was acquitted thanks to the defense of Mark Antony the Orator, grandfather of the triumvir Mark Antony.
