Comment: M. Tullio must have been a relative of Cicero who was also called Marcus Tullio. The Tullia family came from Alba Longa and had a Consul in Tullius Longus. As a curious note to add that here the sign of the value instead of the obverse appears on the reverse. The crown on the reverse is, perhaps in memory of King Servius Tullius from whom this family descended
